In this guide we show you how to install a kitchen basket drawer. To begin with you need to have the external cupboard built; then follow these instructions to install the drawer.
-
Measure 4cm from the bottom of the cupboard and mark a line along at this height in pencil.
-
Mark the line at 3cm, 7cm, 25cm and 29cm along the line, and drill holes at these points.
-
Remove the runners from the basket and fix into place within the cupboard, using the holes you’ve just made.
-
Mark the halfway point in the door and use the key in the instructions to determine what length to mark from this point on either side.
-
Measure the depth of the door and use the key in the instructions to determine what length to mark from each edge.
-
Drill holes at these points.
-
Affix the white plastic bolt to the fixings of the basket, and then screw into place using the holes you’ve just made.
-
Use the bracket provided to affix the top of the basket into place on the door.
-
Now slide the basket drawer into place in the cupboard.
